The first third-party OSX iPhone app released

A group of independent developers managed to create the first, according to them, “native” application for the Apple iPhone phone that does not use Web 2 technologies.0 and has its own icon in the main menu.

The application, dubbed MobileTerminal, is a terminal emulator. The developers managed to create it without using the SDK (software development kit) from Apple.

Currently, the project site is located on one of the pages of the Google Code service, but it is not known how Apple will react to the appearance of such products, and whether it will require Google to remove this page from the service.

The authors of the program posted a video on YouTube that demonstrates the work of MobileTerminal.

Application site is here.
